Have your say, and help inform workplace reform

Posted by Nicole Highet on 31st August 2019

COPE is partnering with Transitioning Well, an organisational psychology consultancy, to deliver an innovative Perinatal Workplace wellbeing Program. COPE has received a fund to undertake this work by WorkSafe Victoria.

We would like to invite you to participate in a research study, to inform this program of work.

Aims of the Program:

This Perinatal Wellbeing Workplace Program (PWWP) aims to protect and promote the emotional and mental health of new and expectant parents via their workplaces. In addition to providing resources and training to new and expectant parents, the Program will also deliver training to HR and Executive teams in participating organisations.

What we need from you:

In order to evaluate the program and gather vital information needed to further develop the program for widespread access, we are asking you to consider participating in two surveys. The surveys, which are approximately one year apart, will serve to inform the elements of the program, by identifying there needs of employers and employees.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do I need to participate in both surveys?

No. Even if you do not think that you will participate in one years’ time, we still greatly appreciate your views and experiences now.

Where can I get more information before I start?

For more details of the program and research, why it is so important and what is involved, view details at the beginning of the survey.
