This program has been developed to provide hopeful, expecting and new parents with information and insights about the range of emotional health challenges that can arise when having a baby – yet are often not spoken about openly. The program includes support and advice relating to your pregnancy, preparing for and recovering from your birth, and coping with the many adjustments that come with having a new baby. We review the most common emotional health conditions that are often missed. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to assess whether you may be at risk of developing a common mental health condition, or need further support. The course is filled with valuable tools, resources and links to networks to support you on your journey to becoming a parent.
