The Gia Space

Counsellor - Professionally trained counsellor

Chelsea is an ACA registered counsellor, trained in postpartum transition, hormone health and trauma healing. She draws on holistic and body-aware practices within each session, like mindfulness and somatic therapy. Sessions are flexible — some weeks you might just need space to talk; other weeks you’ll leave with practical tools you can use straight away.
