Sarah is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She specialises in relationship and perinatal counselling, working with clients through pregnancy, early parenthood, and the broader transitions of family life. Sarah also provides counselling for relationship and family difficulties, trauma, loss and grief, adjustment challenges, life stress and transitions, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Her work is grounded in a relational, trauma-informed, and compassionate approach, supporting clients to navigate change with greater clarity, resilience, and connection.
