Grounded Therapy Space - Liverpool

Social Worker

Trang is an accredited mental health social worker. She has a special interest in perinatal infant mental health, mindfulness, trauma, and attachment. With extensive training and experience in mental health, she offers tailored support to new and expectant parents in her private practice using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. The perinatal period, can be an incredibly exciting journey filled with joyful moments and it can also bring about significant changes, stress, and challenges that may lead to anxiety and feelings of guilt—emotions that many parents may not have anticipated. Trang is dedicated to helping parents navigate these complex emotions and experiences. In her work, Trang focuses on creating a therapeutic space where parents & infants can feel nurtured and connected. She believes that creating a safe and supportive space is essential for personal growth, allowing individuals to explore their feelings and experiences that is culturally sensitive during this transformative time.
