Louisa is a registered psychologist with a particular interest in perinatal mental health, grief and loss, and the emotional and identity changes that can arise through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, pregnancy loss, and the transition to parenthood. Her approach is relational psychodynamic and attachment-informed, integrating interpersonal therapy and CBT-based strategies depending on each person’s unique needs and context. Louisa has completed COPE’s Applied Skills in Perinatal Mental Health Assessment and Care training.
