Sarah has a special interest in supporting those experiencing perinatal mental health concerns and parents who are struggling with their mental health at any stage of their parenting journey. This includes individuals who have difficulties with: fertility, pregnancy, birth, parenting, perinatal depression/anxiety, adjusting to parenthood, bonding with your baby, navigating relationship challenges as family structures change, and birth trauma. Sarah also has experience working with those who have had a pregnancy and/or infant loss.
