Well Mind & Body Psychology - St Leonards
Lonneke is a registered psychologist and she provides psychological services in person or via Telehealth for perinatal mental health concerns as well as trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression. She is empathetic, compassionate, and open minded and she provides a safe, reflective, and collaborative therapy space free from judgement. Her therapeutic approach is informed by attachment theory, and she draws on acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness. Lonneke is passionate about providing support during the perinatal period. She has a particular interest in helping people who are experiencing challenges with perinatal depression and anxiety, grief and loss, infant attachment, trauma, and adjusting to parenthood. Consultations can be provided in English and Dutch.
