Postnatal fact sheets for women and their families
COPE is committed to providing women and their families with high-quality information about postnatal mental health, and has developed a series of information sheets and resources on postnatal mental health for women and their families.
All information contained in these resources are underpinned by the 2017 National Perinatal Mental Health Guideline. The Guideline relies on the latest evidence to recommend the most effective ways to identify, diagnose and treat mental health conditions that women may develop in pregnancy and the postnatal period.
